• When a user reports an issue with an event, so we can follow up and communicate the outcome.

2. Location Information

The App may request access to your device’s location to display nearby pickleball venues. Location data is used only to determine proximity and is not stored, tracked, or shared by Project Pickleball.

3. How We Use Your Information

Any contact information provided is used solely to:

• Communicate with event organisers regarding submissions
• Respond to reports or enquiries submitted by users

4. Data Sharing

Project Pickleball does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

5. Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to address the relevant event submission or report, after which it is deleted.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may open third-party services such as Google Maps, YouTube, or social media platforms. These services operate under their own privacy policies, and Project Pickleball is not responsible for their practices.
